Revolutionary Breakthrough Extends Life

Here’s the irony; your body has a “genetic switch” – an enzyme called telomerase – that can stop shortening and actually re-grow your telomeres. But it is turned off.

Here’s what I use with my patients (amounts are daily):
- Vitamin B12 – 500 mcg
- Folic acid – 800 mcg
- Vitamin B6 – 25 mg
- Riboflavin (B2) – 25 mg
- TMG (Trimethylglycine) – 500 mg
You can find these at your local health food store. If you don’t want to take them all separately, you can use the same formula I give my patients.
Take vitamin C – This inexpensive supplement is a powerful antioxidant. And recent studies now show it can slow telomere shortening by over 50%.2 I recommend 2000 mg per day. You can take capsules, or add bulk powder to your favorite juice.
Take SOD – SOD (Superoxide Dismutase) is one of the most powerful antioxidants on earth. It protects your cells from the damage of toxins and stress. And now it has been shown to also slow the rate of telomere shortening.3 I recommend 500 mg a day. You can find it at your local health food store.
